Aim of the project is the development of e-tool for identification and management of psychosocial risks in the workplace in order to improve health of employees and reduce sickness absenteeism in health, social and selected public sector. E-tool will enable assessment of the most burdensome factors associated with experiencing excessive stress and development of appropriate action for their management.

The project is financially supported by The Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia on the basis for public tender for co-funding of workplace health promotion projects in 2015 and 2016.
